1 Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The watch must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The watch must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact

  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and certificates must be included

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

  • The watch must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Watches with broken seals or removed packaging
  • Personalized or custom-engraved watches
  • Watches purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Watches showing signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

3 How to Initiate a Return

Get Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.

Pack the Item

Securely pack the watch in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RA number on the package.

Ship the Return

We will arrange for pickup or provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Keep the tracking number for your records.

4 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

Inspection Timeline

We will inspect your return within 2-3 business days of receiving it.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Notification

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Bank Processing Time

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged products.

5 Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for the same product in different size, color, or variant within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us with your order number and exchange request
  • We will verify product availability and arrange pickup
  • Your replacement will be shipped once we receive the original item
  • Exchange is free of charge (subject to product availability)

If you want to exchange for a different product at a different price, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
