We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The watch must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The watch must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and certificates must be included
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
The watch must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.
Securely pack the watch in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RA number on the package.
We will arrange for pickup or provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Keep the tracking number for your records.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
We will inspect your return within 2-3 business days of receiving it.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
