Ordering & Payment
Browse our collection, select your desired watch, choose size/color (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart". Once you've finished shopping, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, net banking, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support. After that, orders are processed and shipped, and cannot be modified. However, you can always return the product as per our return policy.
Shipping & Delivery
We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location: Metro cities receive orders in 2-4 business days, other locations in 4-7 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services to international locations. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Express shipping is available for an additional charge of ₹199.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. For any tracking issues, contact our support team.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Contact us to initiate a return, and we'll arrange pickup. For complete details, please visit our Return Policy page.
Once we receive and inspect your return (2-3 business days), we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for your bank to process the refund.
Yes! We offer free exchanges for the same product in different size, color, or variant within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to check availability and arrange the exchange. We'll pick up the original item and ship your replacement.
